THE GETAWAY
If you’re looking for laid-back coastal living, this adorable seaside cottage is situated just steps from the shoreline of Pearl Beach, known as the ‘gem’ of the Central Coast in NSW.
Here, coastal luxe meets rusticity, in a place that feels like a distant escape despite being only about an hour and a half from the city and only a short stroll from the beach.
Spread across a large block, your cottage accommodation is made up of a main house and two external cabins. In the main house, you’ll find two queen-size bedrooms, a lounge room, a dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom. While the external cabins function as two more queen-size bedrooms with their own tv, heating and cooling. Also external to the main house is an extra bathroom, shower and laundry.
Here, the garden is the heart of the home, featuring a heated pool with pool chairs, an outdoor dining table and expansive lounge deck, as well as a fire pit and outdoor shower.
Once you arrive and settle in, maybe with the help of a grazing box (optional), you’ll have the chance to relax even more with a 30-minute in-house massage or facial each.
The next day, walk two minutes to Amalfi Restaurant for a delightful lunch served with a side of ocean views in a chic beachside setting. The menu features delicious modern Italian food and drinks to be shared in great company.
