3-course long lunch at award-winning Esca Bimbadgen restaurant showcasing elegant food amongst beautiful winery surrounds. Includes 3 hours of free-flowing sparkling, wine and craft beer.
Wine tasting experience – you’ll be guided through a selection of premium Bimbadgen wines to discover the colour, aromas and palate of the estate-made wines.

THE GETAWAY
Our fabulous Hope in the Hunter weekend is returning to the Hunter Valley in 2024 so round up your girl groups and don’t miss your chance to join us for a weekend of wining and dining as we support our favourite cause, Pink Hope – a preventative health organisation that empowers women to take action against their risk of breast or ovarian cancer by providing them with the necessary tools and emotional support to do so.
Taking place from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 May 2024, our Hope in the Hunter getaway will see you stay two nights at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and indulge in a beautiful long lunch set within a winery.
You’ll be accommodated in either a one, two or three-bedroom villa, featuring kitchenette facilities, spacious living areas and private balconies. The resort also has a 24-hour reception, dining options, a breakfast buffet each morning, a bar, a swimming pool, tennis courts and golf course.
Once you’ve settled in, join us for our Friday welcome night at the resort where you can dress to impress, enjoy canapes and a drink on arrival, hear more about the cause we are supporting and enter our raffle draw. With getaways, pamper treatments, vouchers, wine & more up for grabs, you’re going to want to stock up on tickets!
On Saturday, you will be transported to Esca Bimbadgen restaurant via air-conditioned coaches. Admire the vineyard views, enjoy a premium wine tasting, and indulge in a delicious 3-course lunch alongside a free-flowing 3hr beverage package! We’ll arrange transport back to the resort and then the rest of the evening is at your leisure.
For every booking, Girls Getaways donates 50% of profits and all fundraising efforts towards funding our annual Pink Hope wellness retreats designed for cancer-affected women to escape routine and enjoy their own, much-deserved getaway. So it really is the perfect excuse for a girls weekend and we can’t wait to see you there!
