To welcome her to the team, we had a chat with Prue to find out a little more about her…

How do you celebrate your birthday: go all out or keep it low-key? I’m definitely a go-all-out kind of person when it comes to birthdays! My 40th was an epic week in Bali with 17 of my closest friends, indulging in French champagne and cocktails every day. For me, birthdays are a chance to create extraordinary memories, and I love every moment of it!

What’s your favourite domestic holiday destination and your top international pick? In Australia, Noosa is my absolute favourite. It’s perfect for enjoying fabulous restaurants, trendy cocktail bars, and dancing the night away with friends. Internationally, Bali is my top choice for pampering, while Hawaii offers the best shopping and tropical cocktails. Both destinations are ideal for making the most of every getaway!

Do you prefer a Rosé or a Cocktail? I have a special place in my heart for a French martini, but I also adore a good glass of champagne. Both options are all about celebrating and enjoying the moment. Whether it's bubbles or a crafted cocktail, it's all about enhancing the experience and making it memorable!
